6b77 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using the 6b77 platform ("the Platform") at 6b77.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. During an investigation, 6b77 may temporarily suspend access to the account and freeze any balance pending the outcome of the investigation. 6b77 will notify the account holder of any investigation that results in account closure.

6b77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, accounts may be suspended or closed in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance associated with the account — including funds derived from bonus activity — may be forfeited. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6b77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 6b77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 6b77's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6b77 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such jurisdictions, 6b77's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6b77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
